the process
The process is simple and easy. Just follow the steps below and start with Rubix today!
1- shop
- Select a product or collections
- Provide us your specific requirements
- Confirm your delivery and installation instructions if required.
- If you need your old appliciances removed and disposed and the new ones installed, we can do that too.
2- proposal
We shall respond with our 60 months lease proposal. We shall also provide you with our lease application documentation & options at end of term.
3- application
Having received and processed your application successfully you will receive a Macquarie Bank Lease Agreement. Once executed and returned with your first month instalment you will be notified your order has been processed.
5- customer service
Throughout the 5 year term our support team will manage warranties and add and subtract items from your inventory as maybe required.
4- delivery
Our customer service team will inform you when delivery to site can be expected and assist installation if that’s what you have ordered.
6- end of term
Prior to the end of term we will contact you to manage the option you have selected. Be it to return, buy out or continue to lease.
